INVESTMENT

Our full wedding planning service fee is 15% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum fee of £4,500 applied.

You've made a start. Your venue may be booked, some key suppliers secured and your vision beginning to take shape. But as the plans grow, so does the list of decisions, details and moving parts. This is where we step in.

Our Partial Wedding Planning service is designed for couples who want to remain involved in their wedding planning but would value an experienced planner to bring everything together, provide expert guidance and take care of the elements that require a professional eye.

Typically, we step in around 3 to 4 months before your wedding, although the timing can vary depending on how far along you are and the level of support you require.

We begin by reviewing everything you have already planned, getting to know your vision, style and priorities, and identifying what still needs to be done. From reviewing your budget and refining your plans to sourcing additional suppliers, managing existing bookings, developing the design and guest experience, coordinating logistics and creating a clear timeline, we bring structure and cohesion to the journey ahead.

As your wedding approaches, we take on more of the moving parts, liaising with suppliers, coordinating final arrangements, conducting venue and supplier meetings where required, and ensuring every detail is ready for the day. We then take care of the final coordination and execution, so you can step away from the logistics and enjoy the celebration you have created.

Every Partial Planning experience is tailored to the support you require, with your final fee determined by the scope, complexity, guest numbers, location and planning timeline.

You've planned your wedding, made the decisions and brought your vision together. Now, it's time to hand over the reins.

Our On-the-Day Management/Coordination service is designed for couples who want to enjoy their wedding day without being responsible for everything happening behind the scenes. Approximately 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding, we step in to take over the final coordination, giving us time to fully understand your plans, review your arrangements and prepare everything for a seamless handover.

We get to know your wedding in detail, from your timeline and supplier contracts to your venue logistics, setup requirements and the little details that matter to you. We liaise directly with your suppliers, confirm arrangements, create and refine the final wedding day itinerary, coordinate the logistics and make sure everyone involved knows exactly what is expected.

As your wedding day approaches, we carry out the final checks and prepare for every moving part, so that when the day arrives, you can step away from the logistics and be fully present.

On the day itself, we oversee the setup, coordinate your suppliers and wedding party, manage the timeline, keep everything moving smoothly and handle any unexpected issues that arise. From the arrival of your first supplier to the final moments of your celebration, we are there to manage the details and ensure your carefully planned wedding is delivered as you envisioned.
