WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND WHERE DO YOU WORK?

The Prestige Planner is based in the UK and works with clients both across the UK and internationally.

Our work is not restricted by location. Whether your celebration is taking place in the UK, elsewhere in Europe or further afield, we're happy to explore how we can support you.

For destination weddings and events, the scope of support, travel and any associated requirements will be discussed as part of your consultation and reflected in your bespoke proposal.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE ENQUIRE?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer. The ideal planning timeline depends on the scale, location and complexity of your wedding or event.

For full wedding planning, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible so we have the opportunity to build the right foundations from the beginning. That said, if your date is approaching and you need support, it's always worth enquiring. We may be able to step in at different stages of your planning journey.

DO WE NEED TO HAVE OUR VENUE BOOKED BEFORE CONTACTING YOU?

Not at all. In fact, for couples looking for full planning support, we often recommend speaking with us before securing your venue.

Your venue influences so much of the celebration, from the atmosphere and guest experience to logistics and budget. We can help you identify and assess options that align with your vision, priorities and overall investment.

DO YOU ONLY PLAN WEDDINGS?

No.

Alongside weddings, we plan and coordinate destination weddings and events, private celebrations and corporate events.

From milestone birthdays and anniversaries to intimate gatherings, destination experiences and corporate occasions, our approach is always bespoke to the purpose, people and experience you want to create.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

OUR SERVICES ARE BESPOKE, SO INVESTMENT DEPENDS ON THE SCOPE, SCALE, LOCATION, GUEST NUMBERS, COMPLEXITY AND LEVEL OF SUPPORT REQUIRED.

FOR OUR CURRENT WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES:

FULL WEDDING PLANNING: 15% OF YOUR OVERALL WEDDING BUDGET, WITH A MINIMUM FEE OF £4,500.

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING: FROM £3,500, WITH THE FINAL INVESTMENT DETERMINED BY THE SCOPE AND LEVEL OF SUPPORT REQUIRED.

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION: FROM £2,000, WITH THE FINAL INVESTMENT DETERMINED BY THE REQUIREMENTS AND LOGISTICS OF YOUR WEDDING.

FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS, DESTINATION EVENTS, PRIVATE CELEBRATIONS AND CORPORATE EVENTS, WE PROVIDE BESPOKE PROPOSALS FOLLOWING CONSULTATION.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

Our payment terms vary depending on the service you choose and the length and scope of your planning journey.

For Full Wedding Planning, a 50% initial payment is required to secure your date and confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due four weeks before your wedding.

For Partial Wedding Planning, payment terms will be outlined within your bespoke proposal and will reflect the scope and planning timeline agreed.

For On-the-Day Coordination, a 50% initial payment is required to secure your date, with the remaining 50% due four weeks before your wedding.

For Destination Weddings, Events, Private Celebrations and Corporate Events, payment schedules are tailored to the scope, scale and timeline of the event and will be clearly outlined in your bespoke proposal.

Your complete payment schedule will always be provided with your proposal before you confirm your booking.

CAN YOU WORK WITH COUPLES BASED OUTSIDE THE UK?

Yes.

The Prestige Planner works with couples and clients wherever their celebration takes them. Whether you're planning a wedding locally, bringing loved ones together from around the world or hosting a destination celebration, our approach remains personal, considered and tailored to you.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL PLANNING, PARTIAL PLANNING AND ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION?

Each service is designed for a different stage and level of involvement.

Full Wedding Planning is our most comprehensive service, taking you from the early stages of your vision through planning, design, supplier management and the final execution of your wedding.

Partial Planning is for couples who have already established some of their plans but want professional guidance and support to refine, manage and bring everything together.

On-the-Day Coordination is for couples who have planned their wedding themselves and want an experienced professional to take over the logistics, supplier coordination and execution in the final weeks and on the wedding day.

WE'VE ALREADY STARTED PLANNING. CAN WE STILL WORK WITH YOU?

Absolutely.

Not every couple needs support from the very beginning. Our Partial Planning and On-the-Day Coordination services are designed for couples who have already made progress but would benefit from experienced guidance, professional oversight or someone to bring everything together.

Wherever you are in your planning journey, we'll assess what you have in place and determine where our involvement can add the most value.

YES. ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION IS AVAILABLE AS A STANDALONE SERVICE FOR COUPLES WHO HAVE PLANNED THEIR WEDDING THEMSELVES BUT WANT AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL TO TAKE OVER THE LOGISTICS AND COORDINATION IN THE FINAL WEEKS AND ON THE WEDDING DAY.

OUR INVOLVEMENT TYPICALLY BEGINS 4–6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING, WHEN WE'LL REVIEW YOUR PLANS, LIAISE WITH YOUR SUPPLIERS, FINALISE THE WEDDING-DAY TIMELINE AND ENSURE ALL THE IMPORTANT DETAILS ARE IN PLACE FOR A SEAMLESS HANDOVER.

FROM THERE, WE'LL MANAGE THE BEHIND-THE-SCENES LOGISTICS AND COORDINATION ON THE DAY, ALLOWING YOU TO STEP AWAY FROM THE DETAILS AND BE FULLY PRESENT WITH YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS AND EACH OTHER.

Yes.

Destination weddings / Eevents require another level of planning, communication and logistical consideration. We can support you with the planning and coordination of your celebration, including destination logistics, suppliers, guest experience and the elements required to bring the wider celebration together.

Every destination event is assessed individually, so your proposal will reflect the location, scale and level of support required.

CAN YOU PLAN MULTI-DAY CELEBRATIONS?

Yes.

We understand that some celebrations extend beyond a single day. Where required, we can help plan and coordinate the wider experience, whether that's a welcome dinner, traditional celebration, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, post-wedding brunch or another adjacent event.

These requirements can be incorporated into your bespoke proposal.

WILL WE STILL HAVE CONTROL OVER OUR WEDDING IF WE HIRE A PLANNER?

Absolutely.

Hiring a planner doesn't mean handing over your wedding and stepping away from the decisions. Our role is to bring expertise, structure and clarity to your vision, not replace it.

We listen carefully to what matters to you, make considered recommendations and help you make confident decisions. The result should feel unmistakably yours, with the benefit of having an experienced professional guiding the process.

DO WE HAVE TO USE YOUR PREFERRED SUPPLIERS?

No.

We have relationships and experience with a range of suppliers, and where appropriate we'll recommend professionals who we believe are a strong fit for your vision, budget and celebration.

However, you are never required to use a particular supplier simply because we have recommended them. If you've already found suppliers you love, we're equally happy to work alongside them.

YES.

WE UNDERSTAND THAT MANY CELEBRATIONS ARE DEEPLY CONNECTED TO CULTURE, FAMILY AND TRADITION. WE APPROACH THESE EVENTS WITH RESPECT AND WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT EACH ELEMENT MEANS TO THEM.

With Full Planning, we're involved throughout the journey, from establishing the foundations and developing the vision through to supplier management, detailed planning and execution.

With Partial Planning, our involvement is focused on the areas where you need our expertise most.

With On-the-Day Coordination, we become involved during the agreed handover period before your wedding, allowing us to understand the plans, communicate with suppliers and prepare for the day itself.

CAN YOU WORK WITH SUPPLIERS WE'VE ALREADY BOOKED?

Yes.

Where you have already secured suppliers, we'll work with them as part of the planning process, ensuring everyone understands their role, responsibilities and the wider vision for the day.

For Partial Planning and On-the-Day Coordination, reviewing your existing supplier arrangements is an important part of understanding what is already in place and identifying anything that may need attention.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE HANDOVER FOR ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION?

On-the-Day Coordination isn't simply turning up on the morning of your wedding.

We typically begin the handover around 4–6 weeks before the wedding, depending on your requirements and the agreed scope of service.

During this period, we'll review your plans, gather relevant supplier information, understand your timeline and logistics, communicate with your suppliers where required and prepare the detailed schedule needed to execute the day smoothly.

The aim is simple: by the time your wedding arrives, we know the plan, your suppliers know the plan and you can step into your celebration with confidence.

DO YOU MANAGE SUPPLIERS ON THE WEDDING DAY?

Yes.

Where included within your service, we'll coordinate with your suppliers, manage the agreed timeline, oversee logistics and ensure everyone understands where they need to be and when.

Our focus is on creating a seamless flow between the people, spaces and moving parts that make up your celebration.

SOMETHING UNEXPECTED MAY HAPPEN AT ALMOST ANY EVENT. WHAT MATTERS IS HOW IT IS HANDLED.

OUR ROLE IS TO ANTICIPATE WHERE POSSIBLE, RESPOND CALMLY WHEN NECESSARY AND RESOLVE ISSUES DISCREETLY WITHOUT PLACING UNNECESSARY PRESSURE ON YOU OR YOUR GUESTS.

WE MANAGE WHAT HAPPENS BEHIND THE SCENES SO THAT YOU CAN REMAIN PRESENT IN THE MOMENT.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ON THE WEDDING DAY?

DO YOU MANAGE THE SETUP AND BREAKDOWN?

Where included within your agreed scope, yes.

We'll oversee the relevant setup and breakdown logistics and ensure the venue and suppliers are working to the agreed plan.

The exact level of setup and breakdown support will depend on the requirements and scale of your event and will be outlined in your proposal.

HOW DO WE SECURE OUR DATE?

Your date is not secured simply by submitting an enquiry or having a consultation.

Once we have agreed your service, you'll receive the relevant booking documentation and payment details. Your date is secured once the required booking payment has been received and the booking has been formally confirmed.

The specific payment terms will be outlined in your proposal and booking agreement.

ARE THERE ADDITIONAL COSTS?

Potentially.

Your proposal will clearly outline what is included within your agreed service. Depending on your event, additional costs may apply for requirements outside the agreed scope, such as additional planning hours, travel, accommodation, additional event days or bespoke services.

We will always discuss additional requirements with you before proceeding.

CAN YOU HELP US WITH THE DESIGN AND STYLING?

Yes.

Design forms an important part of our planning approach where it is included within your chosen service.

We'll help translate your ideas, personality and preferences into a cohesive visual direction, considering everything from the overall atmosphere to the details that shape the guest experience.

ABSOLUTELY.

LUXURY ISN'T DEFINED BY GUEST NUMBERS.

WHETHER YOU'RE BRINGING TOGETHER 20 PEOPLE OR 200, THE SAME ATTENTION TO DETAIL, THOUGHTFUL PLANNING AND CONSIDERED APPROACH CAN BE APPLIED. WE CREATE CELEBRATIONS AROUND THE PEOPLE AND THE EXPERIENCE RATHER THAN SIMPLY THE SIZE OF THE GUEST LIST.

Destination events can involve additional travel, accommodation and logistical costs.

Where these apply, they will be discussed with you and clearly outlined within your bespoke proposal before you commit to the service.

CAN YOU HELP WITH GUESTS TRAVELLING TO A DESTINATION WEDDING?

Yes.

Guest experience is an important part of destination celebrations. Depending on your chosen service, we can assist with relevant guest logistics and planning considerations to help create a more seamless experience for everyone travelling to celebrate with you.

The exact level of support will depend on the requirements of your event.
